Payments are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change. Payment by credit card: VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted in most cases.
We ship by FedEx Ground (or similar carrier) unless other prior arrangements are made. If an email address is provided to us, carrier will email tracking number(s) upon shipment when package(s) are entered into their system.
Returns and Exchanges
No returns after 30 days. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery and accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA#) issued by Xplorermoto, LLC.
No unauthorized returns are accepted. Returns must be accompanied by RA# and shipped prepaid in original shipping carton(s) using original shipping materials to Xplorermoto, LLC. All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
Returns must be unused, undamaged, and in original resalable condition including all components, parts, manuals, and accessories. Used, installed, blemished, incomplete items will not be accepted for return. Special order items may not be returned under any circumstances.
Xplorermoto, LLC is not responsible for returns or exchanges lost or damaged in transit. Upon receipt Xplorermoto, LLC inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse merchandise that does not meet these criteria.
To initiate returns or exchanges call 520/743.0638 or email email@example.com and provide the following information:
- Purchaser’s name
- Daytime telephone number
- Email address
- Invoice number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Date of delivery
Return Authorization (RA#) will be issued and return instructions provided once Xplorermoto, LLC has processed your return request.
Credits are issued after products are received and inspected by Xplorermoto, LLC for compliance with return policy.
Orders canceled after shipment are treated as a return and subject to return policy and applicable restocking fees.
Other than as required under consumer protection law, under no circumstance will Xplorermoto, LLC be liable for any loss or damage, including that caused by reliance on information obtained through the website. It is the responsibility of the user to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of any content provided by Xplorermoto, LLC. User accepts all responsibility in evaluating his or her ability to install any item.
Customer is responsible for improper installation. If the customer feels that they cannot install products correctly then professional installation should be performed.
Products distributed by Xplorermoto, LLC are covered by the warranty provided by the manufacturer. Warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer.
